I’m Jen and it’s lovely to meet you.

Hi there! I'm Jen, a Grays School of Art alum. After a stint in Events Management and Marketing, I found my true passion in lettering.

Since then, I've honed my craft through courses and learning from the best, leading me to launch Toasty Type in 2018.

Based in the vibrant East End of Glasgow, I create stunning artworks for a range of clients, see below for a few of the good guys. Couples love my unique signage and painted jackets for their weddings. Teaching calligraphy is another passion, spreading creativity and mindfulness across Scotland.

When I'm not in the studio or out on site, you'll catch me wild swimming or exploring new creative adventures.
